Abstract submission
Submit an abstract for consideration by the abstract review committee of the DMS 2025 Congress, to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on Monday, November 10th, 2025.

When submitting your abstract we ask you to please upload your abstract in English, with a maximum of 2,000 characters.
As part of your submission, we kindly ask you to:
Select relevant keywords to help us categorize topics and interests for this year’s congress
Indicate your presentation preference: Poster, Oral, or Either
Please note: Selecting Oral presentation is an expression of preference only and does not guarantee an oral slot at the conference.
All abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the DMS 2025 Abstract Committee.
You can expect to receive a notification from DMS as to whether your abstract has been selected for a poster or an oral presentation or if it has been rejected by the committee
By submitting an abstract to the DMS 2025 Congress, organized by the DMS Society, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Publication and Accessibility
Approved abstracts will be compiled into an official Abstract Book, which will be published and made publicly accessible through the conference website. - Presentation Format Preference
Indicating a preference for an Oral Presentation does not guarantee an oral presentation slot. The final decision regarding presentation format (oral or poster) rests with the scientific committee. - Notification of Outcome
You will receive a notification from the DMS Society informing you whether your abstract has been:
Accepted for a poster presentation,
Accepted for an oral presentation, or
Rejected by the committee.
- Reassignment of Abstract Category
The DMS Society reserves the right to reassign your abstract to a different thematic category or session than the one you originally selected. This may be done to better align with the overall program structure or to enhance thematic coherence. - Original Work
By submitting your abstract, you confirm that the content is your original work, and that you have the right to submit it for review and publication.
