Types of membership

In DMS there are three different types of membership:

Ordinary membership: Everybody who is in interested in microbiology can join DMS. The ordinary membership costs 250 DKK annually.

Student membership: Bachelor and master students can join DMS for free. Read more about the membership for students here.

Pensioner membership: When a member of DMS retires on a pension, the member can apply for continuing the membership for free. The application should be sent to the committee of the society.

The yearly membership follows the calendar year (1 January to 31 December).
