Online registration for DMS 2021 is now closed. But it is still possible to register onsite

• Please show up in good time before the program starts to register onsite at the registration desk. The programme starts at 10.00. 
• Payment is accepted via credit card or EAN number (If payment via EAN, please bring the EAN number and inform at the registration desk).

Early bird deadline: 22 October 2021 (included)

Academic delegate:
Before early bird deadline: 950 kr.
After early bird deadline: 1200 kr. 

Industry delegate: 
Before early bird deadline:1500 kr. 
After early bird deadline: 1800 kr.

Student delegate (bachelor/master): 500 kr
Pensionist delegate: 500 kr. 

Congress Dinner: 275 kr. FULLY BOOKED* 

The congress dinner will take place at Madklubben, Frederiksberg and includes a two-course menu, two beverages of own choice (wine, beer, soda) and sparkling/still water. 
Please note any special dietary requirements in the registration, when adding your dinner ticket.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at info@cap-partner.eu. 

Cancellation of participation postmarked before and on 1 October 2021 will be refunded deducting an administration cost of DKK 250. From 2 October 2021 registration fees and congress dinner tickets are non-refundable. 
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark, and therefore is not deductible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree that all information you provided upon your registration is correct. You are solely responsible for the content of your communications with the DMS Congress Secretariat and their legality under all laws and regulations.

By registering to the DMS congress the participants give their consent that the organizer may take pictures and/or record videos at the event. This includes pictures and/or video of the participants and/or their works (such as posters, excerpts of presentations or lectures) during the congress for reports and promotion of DMS activities on the DMS website, social media channels and printed material.

If you identify yourself on a photography published by DMS and wish to have it removed from the website, please send an e-mail to info@cap-partner.eu.
